Slowloris HTTP DoS

Slowloris HTTP DoS - client (D) DoS written in PERL, which does not require a wide channel for the attack.
The main idea is not to channel loading the attacked server, and its depletion by sending incomplete HTTP-request.

Kills: Apache 1.x, Apache 2.x, dhttpd, GoAhead WebServer, other ...
Does not kill: IIS6.0, IIS7.0, lighttpd, nginx, Cherokee, Squid;
